ASP-075 is a wheel mounted sensor paver finisher and it comes with hydrostatic transmission, hydraulic drive for conveyor, 4 nos. rear wheels on equalizer beam, MOBA make sliding type control panel, dual operator seats, MOBA (Germany) make Matic sensor device for automatic slope & grade control and Sonic Sensor system for automatic material flow control.

 

ASP-075 has basic screed width of 2.75 meters and it is hydraulically extendable up to 4.9 meters and it can be further extended through bolt on extension up to 7.5 meters. The screed has vibration, tamping and heating facility up to 7.5 meters.

 

In ASP-075’s Equalizer Beam feature, the two pairs of wheels are connected with the chassis by means of a pivoted joint, which allows the wheel pair to oscillate independent of each other and the wheels do not loose contact with ground when the surface is uneven. The Equalizer Beam feature averages the unevenness of the ground and provides better finish while paving. It also distributes loads on all the wheels which provides better grip on the ground.

Prime Mover:
Ashok Leyland Engine Model ALU 411, developing 118 HP @2000-rpm, water-cooled electric start or equivalent. It is mounted on the front side of operator seat, beside hopper. It is well insulated in such a way that the hot air of the engine does not create a hazard for the operator, as well it is well ventilated from the bottom so that it may not get over heated. Inspection
windows are provided on both the sides of the engine to easy maintenance of the engine such as checking oil level, changing oil, oil filter, diesel filter, starter, alternator.

Carriage:
Four steering bogey wheels of size 550 mm Dia x 275 mm are mounted on equalized front axle. The Rear tyre 12.00 x 20 – 04 Nos. with equalizer beam ensures a good adherence even on the most irregular grounds.

Transmission:
Hydrostatic transmission. A variable displacement pump feeds the
transmission system fitted with a fix displacement motor, which is directly connected to the gearbox. Gearbox is having 2-speed reduction one for working and other for traveling. Differential and differential lock arrangement if provided in the gear box. All the gears are in oil bath.

Conveyor:
Two Hydraulic motors are provided for individual control of two conveyors, which are provided for individual control of material on both the sides of machine. The speed of conveyor is infinitely variable from 0 to maximum. Displacement sensors provided on discharge end of the conveyor to control speed of the conveyor.

Auger:
Two Hydraulic motors are provided for individual control of augers
provided on both sides of the machine. The speed of augers is infinitely variable from 0 to maximum. Displacement sensors provided at the end of auger to controls speed of the augers. Alloy steel material of auger gives it long service life. Manual override button is provided on the screed for operating the auger to maximum speed at the time of laying the material.

Brakes:
The hydrostatic drive acts as the service brake, the safety brakes, which consists of two hydraulic calipers and a brake booster is controlled by pedal from the operator’s seat. The safety brakes are acting on the speed shaft, which are coupled to the drive wheels.

Thrust Roller:
Two thrust rollers are fixed on oscillating beam fitted on front part of the machine.

Operator’s seat:
Operator’s seat is fitted on both the sides of the machine. The seat is adjustable. The operating panel can be used on either side of the machine. All panels and levers are within the easy reach of the operator.

Hopper And Feeding System:
The independent movement of the two hoppers is obtained by means of hydraulic cylinder operating independently. Conveyor chains are independently controlled by automatic feeding system and are made of Hardened Steel. Material conveyed on both sides is sprayed by two auger, both independently controlled by automatic feeding system. Conveyor chain and worm can be manually operated by switch provided in the control panel in manual mode.

Electrical System:
24 V system with two batteries full lighting system for working and traveling.

Controls:
The machine is hydraulically controlled by means of simple switches and levers. In case of breakdown all solenoid valves in the hydraulic circuit can be Manual driven.

Unipave Engineering Products' EBP-015 is India's first smallest sensor paver finisher. Unipave has been producing paver finishers since 1973 and has more than 1500 machines working successfully. The EBP-015 is powered by a 49.5 HP engine. The machine has a 100TPH capacity and a 2.75 cm hopper capacity while The thickness capacity is up to 200mm, and there is a vibration facility in the screed for smooth finishing. The EBP-015 can pave from 1.5 to 3.5 metres. The machine can also widen the pavement by 1.0 metres from any side at a time.
